REFINE contains a balanced blend of protein, carbohydrates and fat and is designed to give all the benefits of muscle toning and definition without the disadvantage of added bulk.
It is in a low fat recipe which has only up to 3g of fat per 100g of
product and has added levels of calcium. Calcium helps to maintain
healthy bones during exercise and physical activity and when added to
skimmed milk, REFINE delivers 75% of the RDA of calcium per serving,
which is good news as research has shown that women
are more prone to
Osteoporosis in later life. To help maintain healthy digestion REFINE
also contains a prebiotic which nourishes healthy bacteria.
Because in general women have a smaller body frame than men, REFINE
adheres to the good sense of a ‘little and often’ approach to sports
